What we collect

When you register we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, e-mail address, country and, where the organizers enable these fields, your phone number, institution, experience level, public cybersecurity profile links and answers to organizer questions. For teams we also collect your team name and the details of each team member.

We do not ask for passwords, national identity numbers, payment card details or any other sensitive information.

Why we collect it

To manage participation in the competition: reviewing registrations, confirming places, contacting you about the event, and preparing logistics. We record the date and time you accepted the rules and this notice.

Who can see it

Only authorised event administrators can view registrations. Internal review notes are never shown to participants. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Registration data is kept only as long as needed to run the event and handle follow-up, and is then deleted or anonymised. You can ask the organizers to access, correct or delete your data at any time using the contact details published on this site.

Notice to be completed by the organizers

The organizer entity responsible for this data, its legal contact details and the applicable retention period must be confirmed by the organizers and entered in the admin panel before registration opens.
